"Pure Barre Classic is a proprietary technique is the fastest, most effective full-body workout. For 50 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, small movements designed to improve your flexibility whole strengthening and toning your entire body."

Arizona 7x24 Exchange WIMCO will be hosting an Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation presented by Heather West (LCSW, E-RYT500) followed by a social happy hour.  For the 60 minute Yoga Nidra session, the focus will be on nervous system regulation building stress resilience.  Through the 60 minutes session you will learn practical techniques to help you self-regulate and build your stress resilience. You’ll also come away with a toolbox of tricks to help you stay grounded and centered—no matter what comes your way.
